Open Sessions

???

Sometimes inspiration strikes the day-of. Open sessions are sometimes called “unsessions” or “open space.” They’re an alternative to preplanned talks and workshops, and create a space for the attendees to take some control over the event. Sessions are for the most part proposed by attendees the day of the conference, and are participant-led.

You do not need to submit an application or do preparation in order to run a session. If you get an idea the day of the event, add your name to the board.
